Terms of use

Please read these terms carefully. By using this website or applying for a loan, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by PayDayNow (Pty) Ltd, a registered credit provider in terms of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (NCRCP number to be inserted). References to "we", "us" and "our" mean PayDayNow (Pty) Ltd.

2. Using the site

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to use the site in any way that is fraudulent, harmful, or that interferes with its operation or security.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. The information you give us must be true, accurate and complete.

4. Loans and credit

All loan applications are subject to a credit check and an affordability assessment. Approval is not guaranteed. The cost figures shown on this site are illustrative; the binding cost of credit is the one set out in your individual pre-agreement and quotation. We lend within the limits of the National Credit Act.

Short-term credit is for short-term needs. Borrow only what you need and repay it as quickly as you comfortably can.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the PayDayNow name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our permission.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, other than as required under the Consumer Protection Act and the National Credit Act.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
